Taco stacking with Flexpickers

High-speed robotic packing cell using tracking and camera vision, where 3 Flexpickers plus 2 additional robots pack up to 240 tacos per minute.

This automated packing cell is built for speed and repeatability in taco handling. Three Flexpicker robots perform the primary pick‑and‑place tasks, while two additional robots support the stacking and packing sequence. The combined setup delivers high throughput without sacrificing accuracy or gentle product handling.

Camera vision detects each taco on the conveyor and determines its exact position and orientation. Tracking continuously compensates for conveyor motion and infeed variation, enabling precise pick timing and accurate stacking at line speed. This keeps the flow stable and minimizes buffering or manual intervention.

Designed for food environments, the cell features a hygienic build, easy access for cleaning, and full industrial safety guarding. The automation scope includes robot programming, vision integration, multi‑robot synchronization and comprehensive safety logic.
