Engineering
Our engineering team turns ideas into well-thought-out solutions. The mechanical engineers design fully customized machines and parts, ready for production. There is also a team dedicated to industrial repairs—they can analyze existing installations, redesign them, and draw them up where necessary. This ensures a smooth transition from concept to implementation, even for urgent or complex repairs.
CNC Machining
In our machining department, experienced professionals ensure precise turning and milling. We have modern CNC machines such as the 5-axis Hedelius T6, Mazak Variaxis, and the Fill Fast 500 for large parts up to 5 meters. For turning, we use conventional lathes and CNC machines such as the Doosan Puma 2600 LM with C-axis. Efficient, precise, and flexible – that's what our machining department stands for.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
From cutting to bending: in our sheet metal department, every piece is processed with care and precision. Thanks to our extensive machinery—including a laser cutter (3 m), waterjet (4 m), bending machine (4 m), and press brake (3 m)—we process metal sheets into perfectly fitting components. The photo shows our team at the CAD-CAM-driven bending machine and the laser, where craftsmanship and technology go hand in hand.
Welding Department
In our welding departement, components are assembled into finished structures. Our welders master various techniques for welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Each piece is welded with expertise and an eye for detail.
Assembly hall - 1000m²
Everything comes together in our assembly hall. Components from various departments are assembled here into complete systems. Our assembly team, electricians, and engineers work closely together on the construction, wiring, programming, and final testing. This guarantees a fully finished and functional end result, ready for delivery.
Paint & Blast Booth
Metal parts receive their final finish in our painting and blasting booth. Steel parts up to 10 meters long are treated in our industrial wet paint line, while stainless steel parts can be pearl blasted for a clean, matte finish. Whether it's an complete machine frame or a component, every piece is finished with care and attention to detail.
Electricity
Our electricians take care of the electrical aspects of a wide range of projects. From cabling installations to building switch boxes: every component is carefully executed according to plan. The team also carries out repairs and provides rapid assistance and intervention when needed. With five colleagues, they combine flexibility with a sound technical approach.
Automation
Our automation team works on smart controls and digital solutions that enable machines and processes to run automatically. They use their expertise in ABB RobotStudio, Staubli, See Electrical, virtualization, camera integration, and SQL, to make production processes smoother, more efficient, and more reliable. Always with an eye for ease of use and optimal performance in practice.
