Fully integrated robot cell in a stainless‑steel chassis, equipped with tracking and/or camera technology for precise cookie handling and transfer.

For this project, Indurra developed an advanced robot cell built around a flexpicker, integrated into a custom stainless‑steel chassis. The system is designed for fast and accurate cookie manipulation, ensuring a stable and controlled transfer to the next processing stage.

With integrated tracking and optional camera vision, the robot can dynamically follow products on the conveyor. This allows the system to handle variations in position, speed or product infeed with ease, resulting in efficient and consistent operation even at high production speeds.

Our automation specialists provided the full control architecture, safety logic, motion coordination and—where required—seamless integration with existing production lines. The stainless‑steel construction ensures durability, hygiene and easy cleaning, making it ideal for food environments.
