Robotic cells for aligning and packaging trays
Two integrated robotic cells that align and package frozen‑product trays with high precision.
This project features two fully integrated robotic cells designed to automatically align and package trays containing frozen food products. The cells form a key component of a new fully automated packaging line built for high throughput and consistent product flow.
The robot cells receive trays after upstream equipment and position each item accurately using vision detection and advanced alignment algorithms. After alignment, an automated packaging process places the trays consistently into outer cartons. The entire setup is suitable for high‑care environments, with hygienic components, washable surfaces and a design focused on easy maintenance.
The project also includes tray and carton transport, integration of an inliner and checkweigher, and connection to downstream equipment. By handling every step in‑house — from design and construction to programming and final testing — the result is a stable, efficient and highly accurate solution that increases packaging capacity and ensures consistent product quality.
