High‑care robotic cell for automatic and hygienic handling of mozzarella cheese.
This project features a robotic cell designed to automatically handle mozzarella cheese in a high‑care production environment. The installation uses a 6‑axis robot selected for its precision, flexibility and reliability in hygiene‑critical areas.
The robot picks up the cheese products quickly and consistently, ensuring product integrity while meeting strict food‑safety standards. A custom‑engineered gripper and fully washable construction ensure compliance with the highest requirements of the food industry.
Through our integrated approach — engineering, prototyping, assembly, programming and validation — the handling process becomes stable, efficient and safe, increasing production capacity while reducing operator workload.
