Kitting & robotic installation
Automated kitting solution where crates arrive on pallets, are picked by a robot and seamlessly integrated into a crate transport system for non‑food applications.
The process starts with crates supplied on pallets. A robot automatically picks the crates from the pallet and feeds them into the crate transport system in a controlled manner. In this setup, the robot acts as the link between pallet infeed and internal logistics.
Once on the conveyor, the crates are distributed, buffered or positioned according to the kitting logic. The combination of robotics and transport automation creates a stable and organized flow towards assembly or further processing.
Designed for non‑food environments, the solution accommodates variations in pallet layouts, crate types and routing. Sensors and control systems coordinate robot and conveyor movements, keeping waiting times low and reducing manual handling.
This installation demonstrates how Indurra integrates pallet handling, robotics and kitting into an efficient and scalable automation solution.
