For this project, Indurra developed an industrial slicing unit that cuts bread automatically with high accuracy and consistent quality. The system is designed for food environments where hygiene, repeatability and continuous operation are essential.

Integrated seamlessly into the production line, the slicer ensures uninterrupted flow without manual handling. Smart control technology manages slicing speed, slice thickness and throughput, keeping the process aligned with the rest of the line. Sensors monitor product position and infeed, guaranteeing consistent cuts even when product variations occur.

Our mechanical engineering team created a robust and easily cleanable design built specifically for demanding food applications. The stainless, hygienic construction and carefully finished components ensure durability and quick maintenance. All electrical wiring, safety logic and control systems were developed and tested in‑house.
