A carousel conveyor equipped with custom carriers for continuous, controlled transport of food products within an automated line.

For this project, Indurra developed a carousel transport system featuring tailored carriers that move food items smoothly and securely through the production process. The installation is built for food environments where consistent flow, reliable positioning and hygienic construction are essential.

The carousel enables continuous movement, making it ideal for processes where products must pass multiple filling, handling or inspection stations. The custom carriers ensure each tray remains stable, minimizing shifting or tipping. The combination of straight sections and a compact circular turn provides an efficient use of floor space.

Our automation team delivered full system control, including speed regulation, product detection and safe synchronization with upstream and downstream equipment. The construction uses hygienic, easy‑to‑clean materials suited for intensive food production.
