Product alignment with two robots

Two robots automatically align and position trays on a conveyor in a food‑production environment.

This system uses two cooperating robots to straighten and align trays that enter the conveyor in random orientations. With advanced vision and tracking, each tray is detected individually—position, angle and speed are analysed in real time—allowing the robots to correct and place every item accurately without interrupting the flow.

The robots distribute tasks dynamically, ensuring high throughput and a continuous process. Custom‑designed grippers handle the trays securely, maintaining product integrity and preventing deformation or spillage.

The mechanical design follows hygienic food‑industry standards and provides easy access for cleaning. Automation includes robot programming, vision integration, PLC control and full safety implementation.

This solution removes the need for manual straightening and significantly improves efficiency and consistency in the preparation stage of the line.
